Window Cleaning in Manalapan, NJ
Outside Glass and Screens | Inside Priced on Its Own | Free Estimates
Exterior glass is scrubbed and squeegeed, every pane. Screens come out, are cleaned separately and go back in. Interior glass carries its own number, so you can take one, the other or both.
A pane count, and tell us which ones you cannot reach.

On a house with a foyer window or a two-story wall of glass at the back, the inside is the half worth thinking hardest about, because it is the half nobody in the house can get to.
Call or text (732) 718-6268 and Angelo will get back to you.
High Glass
The Outside and the Inside Get Dirty in Different Ways
Outside, high glass sits under the roof line, so what reaches it is roof water: drip off the overhang and spill off the gutter, carrying shingle grit, leaf tannin and whatever is sitting in the trough. That dries into a film with a brown cast to it rather than the hard white spotting a sprinkler leaves.
Inside, the same pane takes dust and cooking film that rises and is never wiped, which goes on evenly and hides in plain sight until the glass is compared with a pane that has been done. Clean one face and the window can look barely improved, and that is the usual reason somebody thinks a job went badly.
Reaching the outside is a ladder question, and the limit is usually the ground rather than the height: a ladder wants somewhere level and firm, and that glass tends to have a planting bed or a porch roof under it. Reaching the inside is a different problem, above a floor or a staircase with nothing to lean on. Where a safe set is not available on either side, you hear it at the estimate.
What Is in the Job
Glass, Screens, and the Spots That Will Not Move
Skylights are cleaned along with the rest of the glass, from a ladder or a pole where the roof allows it. Hard-water spotting from a sprinkler or a downspout splash is treated on plain uncoated glass; deposits that have sat long enough etch the surface underneath, and etching does not come off. That treatment is not used on coated, tinted or filmed glass, because it damages the coating.

How It Is Priced
On These Streets the Count Comes Out Upside Down
Window cleaning is priced from a pane count, and a photograph cannot supply one. Count panes rather than openings: a double-hung is two, a slider is two. Grids sealed between the panes change nothing; grids applied to the outside of the glass do change the job, so run a finger across one and tell us if yours stand proud.
On most houses the count is weighted downstairs, where the windows are and where you can reach them. On the streets built around Knob Hill in the early 2000s it often is not. A two-story entry, a stairwell window and a great-room wall put a meaningful share of the glass above the reach of anyone living there, and that inverts the quote: the part you could have done yourself is the small half.
Which is why the useful sentence when you get in touch is not how many windows you have. It is which ones you cannot get to.
