Nobody wants to spend a cold Saturday on a ladder, and nobody wants to spend another one taking the lights back down. We put them up, take them down when the season is over, and can store them until next year.

The lights come from us. You can rent them for the season or buy them outright, and we install them on houses, businesses, and HOA entrances. Unlike a roof wash, which we do without setting foot on the shingles, a light install is done from ladders and from the roof, so a second story is not a problem.

The lights are ours, and you choose how you want to use them.

The lights stay ours. They go up in the fall, come down after the season, and go back into storage until next year.
Buy them outright
The lights are yours to keep. We still install them, take them down, and can store them for you.
Either way, the install and the takedown are both part of the job, and you can tell us which option you want when we come out to quote it.

If you would rather not find shelf space, we keep the lights at our place between seasons. If you want them with you, they go back in their boxes and stay at the house.

When to Book
We Start Installing October 1
Installs begin on October 1. Call before then and we can put your house on the schedule for the start of the season.
If the gutters need clearing before the lights go up, the two can go on the same visit, once the leaves are actually down. Clearing a gutter while the oaks are still dropping means doing it twice.
Estimates and Payment
How the Estimate Works
Estimates are free. Send photos of the front of the house or the building and we can price it from those, or we come out and look. Either way the quote goes to your phone in writing, so you can see exactly what is included before you say yes.
Deposits are only asked for on large jobs. Cash, checks, and cards are all accepted.

Christmas Light Questions
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. You can rent them from us for the season. If you would rather own them, you can buy them outright, and we still do the install, the takedown, and the storage.
Can you give our association a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Tell us who it goes to and we will send it over.
Where do the lights live in the off-season?
With us, unless you want them at home. Either way they come back out next season.
When do we decide between renting and buying?
At the estimate. We will go over both and you can pick then.
Can you clean the gutters before the lights go up?
Yes, once the leaves are down. Installs start in October and the gutters are often not ready until later, so we either set the lights first and come back for the gutters, or put both on one later visit.
