About Lincroft
A Section of Middletown With Its Own Name
Lincroft is not its own town. It is a census-designated place inside Middletown Township, with its own ZIP code, 07738, and 7,060 residents at the 2020 census. Holmdel is to the west. To the south is the Swimming River Reservoir, with Colts Neck across it, and to the southeast the Swimming River separates Lincroft from Tinton Falls. The Garden State Parkway runs along its northeast edge.
Newman Springs Road, County Route 520, meets Phalanx Road at the Lincroft business district. Thompson Park, 667 acres run by the Monmouth County Park System, is on Newman Springs Road, and Brookdale Community College and Christian Brothers Academy are here too.

The line is drawn by material. Concrete, brick, and pavers take high pressure. Siding, roofs, fences, and wood or vinyl outdoor structures like gazebos and pergolas get a soft wash at under 100 PSI.
Pool aprons
By spring, the concrete around a pool is usually dark in the corners and stained where leaves sat all winter. Power washing clears it, with a surface cleaner brought in when the apron needs one.
Paver walks and patios
The joints decide the job. If the sand is firm and the color good, a cleaning is enough. If the sand has washed out or weeds have moved in, the pavers are power washed and re-sanded with polymeric sand. Faded pavers get the full restoration, with two coats of low-gloss water-based sealer, and restored pavers are kept that way with a yearly soft wash.
