Power Washing in Holmdel, NJ
Serving Holmdel From Freehold | Family-Owned Business | Rated 5.0 on Google | Free Estimates
If your Holmdel home sits on a big lot south of the Parkway and the driveway, pool deck, and patio all need attention, or you own a condo north of it and the entry and walk have gone dull, you are on the right page.
Photos of the house, driveway, and pool deck get the estimate started.

Holmdel sits beyond Colts Neck and Marlboro from our base in Freehold. We power wash the hard surfaces (concrete, pavers, and brick) and soft wash the house, roof, and fence. Gutters, windows, decks, painting, and shutters are all part of what we do.
Angelo trains his crew to do every job the way he would, and he checks in on jobs as they run. Call or text (732) 718-6268, and you will hear back within the hour.

Pressure for hard surfaces only. Driveways, pool decks, patios, and walks in concrete, pavers, or brick.
A gentle wash for the house. Siding and roofs soft washed at under 100 PSI.
Pool decks. The concrete around the pool power washed and ready for summer.
Big windows. Outside glass squeegeed, high ones from a ladder or extension pole, inside on request.
Paint and shutters. Trim, doors, and siding painted; faded shutters replaced.
Two Halves of Holmdel
North and South of the Parkway
The Garden State Parkway divides Holmdel in half, and the two halves need different things. To the north, along the Route 35 corridor, are hundreds of condominiums and three sizable shopping centers. To the south, crossed by Route 34 and County Road 520, the township is more rural, with single-family homes on large parcels.
South of the Parkway: large homes on large lots
A single-family home on a big parcel can come with a lot of outdoor surface: a long driveway, a patio, maybe a pool deck, and a lot of siding and glass.

North of the Parkway: condominiums
In the condominium communities north of the Parkway, much of the outside may be the association's to maintain, so owners start by checking what is theirs, like a patio or the windows.

Power Washing in Holmdel
Holmdel Power Washing for Driveways, Pool Decks, and Patios
People call it power washing whatever the surface, and we use the word too. The high pressure itself is kept for concrete, pavers, and brick. The house, roof, and fence are soft washed.
Pool decks
A pool deck that stays wet all summer grows a slippery film at the edges. We power wash it, and the natural time to do it is before the pool opens. Plants are rinsed down and outdoor electrical protected before we start.

Paver driveways and patios
Paver work depends on the joints. With firm joints and good color, a cleaning is enough. With sand washed out and weeds in the gaps, the pavers are power washed and refilled with polymeric sand. With faded color, two coats of sealer can be added as an add-on to bring the color back, and a yearly soft wash keeps it up between restorations.

Long concrete driveways
On a long concrete driveway, we switch to a surface cleaner where it helps, so the finish comes out even from the garage to the road.

Holmdel Homes By Decade
Holmdel's Housing, Decade by Decade
Census estimates count about 6,500 homes in Holmdel, 92 percent of them single-unit and 92 percent owner-occupied. About seven in ten were built between 1960 and 1999.
Through the 1970s
About one Holmdel home in ten predates 1960, and the 1960s and 1970s added nearly three in ten more. These are the township's older houses, with trim and doors that have seen many repaints and shutters that may be due.
Work that suits them: trim repair and painting, new shutters, and a soft wash of the siding.

The 1980s and 1990s
More than four in ten Holmdel homes date from these two decades, including Village Grande at the end of the 1990s.
The usual list for them: the siding, the deck, the windows, and the gutters.

2000 on
About one in five homes has been built since 2000.
Work that suits them: paver cleaning, re-sanding, or sealing, and soft washing to keep the siding bright.

Holmdel Up Close
Parkland, Big Lots, and Bell Works
Near Holmdel Park and Longstreet Farm
Holmdel Park, acquired by the county in 1962, includes Longstreet Farm, a nine-acre living history farm set in the 1890s. Next to parkland like this, a house takes more shade and more leaves, so siding stays damp on its shaded sides and gutters fill quickly in the fall.
Crawford Hill and the high ground
Crawford Hill, at 391 feet, is the highest point in Monmouth County. Up on open ground, a house can be sunny on one side and shaded on the other, so one wall fades while another turns green. A soft wash handles the green, and paint or new shutters handle the fading.

A town with a science landmark
The former Bell Labs building, designed by Eero Saarinen and finished in 1962, is now Bell Works. Nearby on Crawford Hill is the Holmdel Horn Antenna, where Penzias and Wilson found evidence of the cosmic microwave background in 1964. Our work is closer to home: the driveway, the siding, the deck, and the gutters.

For us, the Holmdel year starts in March with house washing and patios, which run through November, and pool decks ahead of the summer. In October the park woods drop their leaves and gutters come due, and from mid-November to March we paint indoors.
What Customers Say
Reviews Posted on Google
Three reviews in the customers' own words, including a pool deck, an older paver patio, and advice on upkeep.
From a Google review (Glenn Bouthillette, 2022): House and sidewalks, with the pool deck booked next.
“They cleaned our house and all the sidewalks. Their work was excellent, everything is clean and bright. We will have them back in approximately 1-month to clean the pool deck area once we open our pool.”

“Angelo did a fantastic job with our paver patio and back siding. He was exactly on time and is very professional. Our patio is 11 years old, and was looking really worn out and messy.”

Honest Advice for Holmdel Homeowners
Straight Talk Before You Book
Price the whole property, then choose
On a large Holmdel lot, get everything quoted at once, even if you only do part of it this year. It is easier to plan when you can see what the driveway, house, deck, and fences each involve.

Your pavers may only need a cleaning
A paver driveway takes the weight of cars, which can loosen the joints over time. Until that happens and the color starts to go, it does not need a restoration.

Tell us about the high glass
If your home has tall windows over the entry or the stairs, point them out when you send photos, so the estimate covers how they will be reached.

Holmdel FAQ
Holmdel Questions and Answers

Do you work in Village Grande?
Yes, where the community's rules allow. Start with the management office, and if the association wants common-area work done, we can bid on it.
Can you do the house, driveway, and pool deck together?
Yes. They can all be on one estimate and scheduled together.
What if the patio is eleven years old and worn out?
By that age, the joints may have washed out and the color faded. We look at the joints and the color and quote the level of paver work it actually needs.
Our townhome association needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes, to the property manager or the board, along with a bid for the common areas.
Do you paint the outside of the house?
Yes. Exterior painting covers the siding, trim, front door, columns, decks, and fences, each prepped with a soft wash first.
Can you replace faded shutters?
Yes. We supply and install Mid-America shutters, color matched with samples, and repair or replace trim where it needs it.
