Who we are
This website is run by Catanzaro's Power Washing LLC ("Catanzaro's," "we," "us"), a family business based in Freehold, NJ 07728. We provide soft washing, power washing, window and gutter cleaning, paver and deck restoration, interior and exterior painting, shutter and trim replacement, commercial power washing, and Christmas light installation for homes and businesses across Monmouth and Middlesex Counties and nearby towns.
By using this website, requesting an estimate, or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book through it.

Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free. A price given from photos sent by text or through our form is a starting number based on what we can see. The final price is confirmed in writing after Angelo looks at the job in person or confirms the details with you.
Every written quote lists the areas and services it covers. Work outside that list, or conditions we could not see at the estimate, such as hidden damage, heavy buildup, or surfaces that need a different method, is discussed with you and approved before we do it.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.

Scheduling, weather, and access
We confirm your service day by phone or text. Exterior work depends on the weather, so we may move a job for rain, high wind, or temperatures that would affect cleaning, sealing, staining, or paint. We will contact you as early as we can and offer the next available day.
On the day of service, please give us access to the areas being worked on and to an outdoor water spigot, move vehicles and loose items away from the work area, close windows and doors, and keep children and pets inside. If we cannot access the work area when we arrive, we will reschedule with you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead.

Your property and our methods
We choose the cleaning method for each surface. Siding, roofs, stucco, and fences are soft washed at low pressure. Concrete, brick, and pavers are power washed. We protect plants, outdoor furniture, and the area around the job, and we walk the property with you at the end.
Some conditions cannot be fully removed by cleaning, including permanent stains, rust, oxidation, etched or worn surfaces, and damage that was already there. We will tell you at the estimate if we expect a surface not to come fully clean.
Cleaning can reveal or loosen existing problems such as failing caulk, loose siding, cracked glass, worn seals, or weak mortar. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects that our work exposes, but we will point out anything we notice.

Payment
We accept credit cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due when the job is complete and you have walked it with us, unless your written quote states a different schedule. Larger restoration and painting jobs may require a deposit, which will be listed on your quote.
If a payment is returned or declined, we may ask for another form of payment.

If something is not right
If you are not happy with any part of the work, tell us within 7 days of the service date. We will come back and make it right on the areas we worked on. This is the main remedy we offer, and it is why we ask you to walk the job with us before we leave.
We are fully insured. If you believe our work damaged your property, please contact us right away and keep any photos so we can review it with you.

Photos of our work
We take before and after photos of most jobs. We may use photos of the work, without your name or street address, on this website, our social media pages, and our marketing. If you would rather we not use photos of your property, tell us and we will not.

The content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Catanzaro's or is used with permission. Please do not copy it for commercial use without asking us first.
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but service details, seasonal availability, and other information can change. The site is provided as is. Links to other websites, such as Google reviews or social media, are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Catanzaro's is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Terms in your written quote take priority over this page if the two differ.
